The following payment options are available:

Shipment:

Unless otherwise stated, shipping will only take place by post.

There is no minimum order value for goods that can be shipped.

By default, goods can only be shipped in Germany. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DHL. If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email to creativ-e@web.de before placing an order and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

With this logo we would like to show that we are a customer of “Der Grüne Punkt – Duales System Deutschland GmbH” and that our sales packaging for Germany participates in the dual system Der Grüne Punkt.
